COBALTS Patches - Advanced Miling and More Mushrooms

Description
A patch to add the functionality of the Advanced Milling mod (2.0) Droseran to the mushrooms added by More Mushrooms True Guesser, Wand Bearer, etc.

More Mushrooms adds a few additional cookable, brewable, and millable mushrooms to Dwarf fortress and makes them available at embark and as growing plants in various levels of the cavern.

Advanced Milling allows users to designate the specific plant to be milled with greater control of the results.

This patch adds the Advanced Milling reactions to create the dyes for the added mushrooms.

Both mods added are required for this patch to function.

@Wendige_Katze Thank you for the notification. This was still supposed to be private, but I had forgotten to change the visibility on the last update to the configuration. Had you not commented I would not have known.
