Killing Floor 2 AA12 for Spas by Lt. Rocky [No File Conflict]

Description
This is AA12 port for Spas that Lt. Rocky made but didn't upload to Steam Workshop for some reason... so I decided to do it myself.
I also fixed file confliction with other scar rifle mods.

PS: Reload animation is out of sync and it will play shell insert sounds inconsistently if you are in online servers. There is nothing I can do about it.
