Introducing Day Number 11, the ’Angler’s Lure’ - SPRT Raiding Skiff

“On long haul cargo trips to and from the inner belt, many are told of the flickering distress signals, the cries for help over the radio - all are warned against answering; for something far worse than a crew in need awaits those who stray too far from the lanes.

Just out of reach of aid, in the asteroid clusters nearby, lies a small assault skiff in wait for its prize. No one has ever seen what it looks like fully - none ever lived long enough. Only one thing is confirmed: Its ability to tear through and loot any merchant ship in its path, and jump away just as swiftly as it arrived.

Be warned. If you should ever hear a cry over the comms, some poor soul pleading for help. Leave it be; for it is either the hunter trying to reel you in, or prey too far gone to save from its wrath."
