Star Wars DROIDS - Project Kathun animations patch

Description
A compatibility patch for Project Kathun animations to work with the Star Wars Droid races listed below:

K-2S0 Imperial Security Droid
IG-88 Assassin Droid
HK-47 and his subtypes
B1 Battledroids
--Shrieking B1's

You aren't required to subscribe to all of these mods. You can pick and choose whichever mods you want, and the animations will work for them. You will, of course, need Project Kathun.

If you are using either of the IG-88 or K-2S0 mods, I would like to recommend some bugfixes for them, especially if you are using them both.
--The Big K-2S0 Overhaul
--Assassin Droid for Hire

If this is missing any Star Wars Droids, please inform me and I can patch them in.

Here is the necessary load order for patches such as this mod:
- Modded race
- Animations
- Compatibility patches

So I think what you need is to place "Project Kathun" underneath the various droid races, and place this mod under Kathun. Can you double-check to see if it works like that? Is it just the one animation that doesn't work for those particular races?

This doesn't seem to actually do anything. I have Project Kathun, K-2S0 and IG-88 with their fix mods and this mod at the bottom of my load order so in theory it should overwrite everything, but IG-88 and K-2S0 still swing the mining lasers like pickaxes.

Wondering if anyone else has the same problem.

I have the HK droids as well but I'm using https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3230938417 which fixes their animations already and that works fine.

Yes, I guess so. I think its either from Project Kathun clone wars era conversion or from original Project Kathun (:

I don't see anything like that in the Workshop. Was it a character introduced in the Kathun mod? If so, you should let its publisher know about that.

Agreed.
It fixed mostly all of them, they were shaking hands in unarmed combat instead of fighting.

BTW there's one actually not droid from SW but in Kenshi it was made a droid, I guess.
Unit named somewhat like Darktrooper Hunter.
Roaming at Ashlands.

He was missing some animations (: not sure if he suits for this mod, anyway he died too fast xD but if you know what I'm talking about and can fix them, I'd be glad (:

Nothing that can be done about that. I've just gotten used to knowing which sort of mods should be loaded in which order, and the launcher complaining about missing mods regardless. It won't hurt the game experience.

Maybe all these ^ mods are not required, but launcher still gonna cry about incorrect mod load order until I've got them all.. (:

No other mods, tested it with only the HK droids, Kathun, and the patch here. Tried moving the race above and below Kathun, same result.

I double checked and the HKs are all patched with the new appropriate animations. I'm not sure what it could be. Do you have other animation mods involving them? Perhaps there's a conflict.

Yeah I've tried over and under the droids, as well as disabling the original animation overhaul for crafting that I also had installed. It's not unplayable of course, just janky when my HK starts using their mining laser as a pickaxe
