For those who aren't familiar with this.
Marcus Aurelius was a roman emperor who was praised as a "truly good" person.
Despite being in his position as an emperor, where sometimes it is even expected of him to indulge himself in a wasteful lifestyle, he remained grounded.

The book Meditations was his own journal where he documented his own philosophical thoughts about how to live as a decent human being.
It wasn't even meant for others to read.
And yet, it became a famous work that is still being praised and of course, read, to this day.

So, friends, if you are struggling with a restless mind and cannot find peace, sit down, grab some hot tea, listen to this.
May you find your balance in this world, and with it, the inner peace that each of us deserves.

The original audio is from the youtube channel "Legendary Lore", where it was translated into modern "youth" language. So you will hear terms like "vibing" or "MVP".
But the message of the book has been carried over really well actually.
