Wheeled Escape Ladder for Dennis F12

An old fashioned fire escape ladder on wheels based on those manufactured by John Morris & Sons Limited for the Dennis F12 fire engine.

These "wheeled escape" or "Slip and pitch" ladders were invented in UK during the Victorian for fire crew to easily position and move about the ladder, they were carried around in horse-drawn escape van / cart before motorised fire engines came into service in the turn of the 20th century.
They were used up until the mid-1980s where they were put out of use due to the cost and problems of maintenance and difficulty in replacement.

About this model kit:

Since this ladder can't include with the Dennis F12 which happens to be a drivable Simfphys vehicle. I have to upload it seperately as a model kit, which means you have to assemble the wheels yourself (see screenshots above for instructions).
So yeah! Kind of a DIY stuff!
