it will be a strange question, but can you make a mod , tv as a helmet or camera as a helmet?

I believe one of the large cosmetic packs contains something similar to these, Im sorry I cant remember the name, but its one of the first among the popular mods, It has things like pots and huge top hats and pencils, cigars, wheat held in the mouth
