Check the original RTCW directory to see if you have installed any additional packages there. Realmod is very sensitive to this. If not, try changing the type of the HUD. I was not able to reproduce this glitch, but I am convinced that it occurs due to an increase in the number of shaders (ps2 style hud significantly increases the numbers).

Full compatibility as of the date of writing this comment.
There is a hint about tank vulnerable spot on the loading screen and in the notebook. Player have only Leuchtpistole on this level and they were always aimed only at vulnerable spots and weakened to other spots. This is one of the reasons why Sturmpistole were replaced by Panzerschrecks and Panzerfausts.
No problem. I also keep getting irritated with the weak point of the tank in the second level. I can never understand if I need to throw a dynamite right behind it or on top right behind the tank. I think I've only ever got it twice, both occasions by sheer luck.
