2023 Mexico City, a city that was once a crossroads of cultures and a colorful history, is witnessing ominous changes. A mysterious group known as the Black List has suddenly taken over the city. Their mysterious leader, known as Black Cobra, has made a bold statement, threatening to destroy all military reserves of weapons and ammunition that do not belong to the Black List.

In response to this threat, the international anti-terrorist coalition "Global Risk" was formed. Their elite fighters, trained and ready for any mission, have gathered in the city to confront the BlackList and prevent disaster.

Global Risk fighters began a special operation to eliminate the threat. The streets of Mexico City have turned into a battlefield where not only the fate of the city is being decided, but also the balance of power throughout the world.
