Medical Inhaler

This mod adds a medical inhaler that can be used to inhale from gas cylinders such as oxygen tanks or welding fuel.

It also adds 2 more gas cylinders:
- Nitrous Oxide, it will give you an effect that will slowly heal you but make you slower and even paralyze when it gets strong enough.
-TZP inhalant, breathable meth, lethal company reference.

It also adds some questionable medicines that i don't even know how to explain.

This is my first mod so please give some feedback so i can improve upon it.
