[BFE] Cannon auto-fire (SS4 binding)

Description
Version 1.1 (check the changelog for post release patches)
  • You can hold LMB to continously shoot with the Cannon;
  • Increased starting ammo to 3 (up from 1);
  • Moved the Cannon to 8.2 and shifted Sniper (8.1) and Devastator (7.1).
