Wrestling Empire Visual Tweaks

Various visual tweaks for Wrestling Empire. Currently supports the following:
- HP Bar (different from health bar) - Shows the 'HP' of a wrestler | magenta bar
- Stun Bar - Shows the 'Stun' of a wrestler | blue bar
- Bar percentages - Can be configured to show percentages or actual values
- Counter Indicator (Experimental, disabled by default) - Shows an '!'-icon when a wrestler has a chance to counter

everytime i subscribe it makes my file act weird and say something weird everytime i open the game with bummer and the bottom of it
