A power station with a bunker-like basement (a lot of lore hides there)

An underground Dungeon, which covers 1/4 of the entire map

An abandoned building (The homeless have made it into a cozy little home, without a roof)

*make sure to change the weather in case you dont like the dark (I made it so realistic its impossible to see anything if you actually want to destroy stuff)

V7 LORE UPDATE - Secret lore and more
Added:
Almost all of the notes in the Labs contain useful info
Added about 20 notes around the map that contain lore - put them together and find out what happened at The Forest Labs.
Added new passages and secret rooms to the dungeon
Improved the car trailer further.
