English field event and mixer info

Description
This mod adds an english language pack with field events and mixers having duration and frequency listed in info tab. The language pack can be enabled by going to options->screen and setting language to english_event_count.

This is so helpful, especially since the vanilla game doesn't tell you the frequency of co-op mixers! Thank you so much for making this!
