A: marimba mallet combo hit, last hit has knockback
Side A: an overhead slap with the wet elf hat
Down A: triple leg sweep
Up A: wide swing of the water wand
Running A: ice skates, goes decently far
Side strong: solid karate chop with low range but high knockback
Up strong: upward kick with a sweet spot on the top
Down strong: dumps water bucket and hits multiple times
Neutral air: pulls out Scatterblast, can be held to push back opponents while falling
Forward air: fast frozen pizza swipe, low damage but can easily combo
Back air: water bucket bash, has landing hitbox
Up air: hockey stick swing that can be used for combos
Down air: rapid fire foot stomp that can spike
B: fires water gun based off Down B
Side B: shoots a puck with the hockey stick, spikes if used in the air
Up B: shoots Bazooka projectile downward and flies upward
Down B: cycles between four different guns; Scatterblast which has wide range, Pistol which is fast with low damage, Bazooka which fires a projectile, and Freezefire which can freeze opponents but has a long cooldown
Forward throw: small uppercut
Back throw: wet elf hat whack
Up throw: backflip toss
Down throw: water grenade
Get up attack: wet elf hat swipe close to the ground
Edge attack: wet elf hat
Ultra: smacks with wet elf hat and goes crazy after the first hit
