Improved Hookshot Visuals - Example Addon

Description
This is an example mod addon for my mod Improved Hookshot Visuals. It includes a weapon ported from one of my previous games to show all the functionality mod addons can have. This includes adding hook meshes, sound effects, and particle effects to a modded weapon! Additionally, the default hook mesh and effects have been included so you can base your own assets off them.
