Henrietta iPhone Replaces Adrenaline Shot

Description
Replaces Adrenaline Shot with Henrietta (Gunslinger Girl) iPhone.

Has a faint glowing effect for more visibility in dark areas.

Updated and improved .phy collision mesh instead of default adrenaline mesh. No more rolling phones! (works only in singleplayer or local server)

Slightly raised the brightness on un-opened screen to reduce hard-cut effect.

Fixed the Apple logo on the back of the phone so that it no longer has a broken right half.

(BTW, to change the display on the phone, just replace both iphone_screen1.vtf and iphone_screen2.vtf in the materials folder)
