This appears to be one normal Ticketing Kiosk and one Ticketing Desk (inc baggage, but without Staff) squished together. Expecting baggage to be accepted on both sides leads to head scratching as to why it doesn't work on one side.

This is probably best used for aesthetic rather than functional purposes. It is more space efficient to use one of the other unattended baggage desk mods in combination with either the built in or other modded regular Ticket Kiosks.
