Mutation Among Us

Well, it's not a mutation mod, though the title has "mutation" word on it. It's more like a portable mutation mode, as the settings can be modified via cfg file, & this can be played on coop or other modes as long as mods are allowed. Even this can be used on other mutation modes.

As the title describes, this mod gives you a new challenge about sudden mutation among the common infected. Have you ever got some wild fantasies like "What it a simple unimportant common infected suddenly turns into a Charger?", or even, "What is one tiny common infected suddenly turns into a Tank?". Well, you can find that thrilling phenomenon here. Depending on how you set the settings on cfg file, you can use this mod either for training for certain special infected, new challenges to see how common infected turns into randomized special infected, or some extreme challenges like having common infected turn into tank or witch.

There are few settings in the "mutation among us.cfg" file, like:

- Mutation Among Us: This controls which type of survivor can trigger mutation on common infected.
- Zombie Mutation Chance: Chance for a common infected to mutate. Max value= 100 (100% chance).
- Zombie Mutation Type: Type of zombie mutation. Max value= 10. Max value 10= Zombie can turn into not only special infected, but also tank & witch.
- Zombie Mutation Range: Zombies need to be this far to start to mutate. Max value= 1000.

With this mod, customize your own "Mutation Among Us" difficulty level as you like, & enjoy some new challenges.

Notes:
- The special infected glow & explosion effects on the video & image previews that I'll add later are not from this mod, but from other mods I used.
- This mod needs at least one common infected to be available on map. So, if you play any mutation modes that remove all common infected, this mod won't spawn the mutated special infected.
