Description
After years of studies our scientists have reversed engineered the engine room! Bulochka's Shipyard is happy to present our new subsystems for your ships. Our current products can improve your shield or your energy weapons (lasers) just as easy as you can use the engine room for improving your engines! Even better, energy hungry parts like the shields can be powered by the subsystem room directly.

The rooms provided in this mod work similarly to the engine room from vanilla.

Due to how the buff system is currently implemented, it makes it very hard to add it to parts not expecting it. Meaning in order for this mod not to break other mods, I have added new vanilla parts that are compatible with the subsystems. They are currently identified by a " - S" on their name and in their description.

The exception is the tiered engine room! Since the buff was implemented in the vanilla, all parts derived from it should still be able to benefit! Although, rumors say the engine buff does not actually increase your speed... (game issue, not mine)

- Shield Subsystems
- Energy Weapons Subsystems
- Sensor Subsystems
- Tiered Subsystem Rooms ( Including engine room! )
-- Tier 1: 50% Buff
-- Tier 2: 100% Buff
-- Tier 3: 150% Buff
-- Tier 4: 200% Buff

Compatibility patches:
As mentioned previously, it is hard to make the buff work with pieces not expecting it. However, after some (much) work I managed to write a patch mod that should make it possible. I will have to do it to each mod, so let me know if you have a specific one in mind!

Mods not currently patched should be fine, but they wont benefit from the subsystems. I will do my best to keep it up to date with the major mods. Let me know what other mods you are interested in. Currently I have plans for a patch for Galactic Allegiance and Jani's Shipyard.

Hi I did damage test in creative for lasrt and ion and damage of no subsystem tier 1 subsystem and tier4 is the same(i used part with S in name and laser subsystem) Are laser subsystems broken? As Sensor and Engine seems to be working fine

I will add it to the list. However, after I finish the GA patch I plan on taking a break from making patches to focus on adding some more content to this mod. Once I recharge my batteries I will work on it, do not fret!
