Simply break the container and retrieve the stone(s). Make a fun minigame in a navmesh/noded map that you have to retrieve all the stones while fighting off waves of npcs. Whatever you want, to be honest. Having issues separating all of them or moving them separately? Simply move one away from the collective, then copy it using the duplicator to later then place it somewhere else.
