Adds Gabe Newell, Lord of the PC Master Race. This civilizaton is MASSIVELY OP.

Unique Ability: Steam Sales. 75% less unhappiness from population.

Unique Unit: The Ascended. Replaces the XCOM Squad, and is 25% off!

Unique Building: Gaming Shrine. Adds +10 to Food and Production yields per tile, +20 to Gold, and +50 to Science, Faith, and Culture.

EDIT: By Brave New World only, I mean it requires Brave New World. If you have Gods and Kings it will still work, but only if you also have Brave New World. Should have clarified!
