Darkstar Foundry's cruiser-class entry in their Ranger Series, the R-15 Scout. An entry-level craft, it comes complete with a small but reasonable crew quarters, and a galley at the rear. Comes fully stocked with everything you need to start off with this collection of mods.

This submarine is intended as a starter-ship (Tier 1 Scout) priced the same as a vanilla Dugong, and was built with the following mods in mind:
