NEUTRAL SPECIAL: Black Kamehameha

Fast release beam with short range.

SIDE SPECIAL: God Slicer

Shoot a Ki blast forward and dash with your Ki Blade out.

UP SPECIAl: Divine Retribution

Instant Transmission upwards and throw a Ki energy ball at an angle.

DOWN SPECIAL: Meter Charge

Goku Black enters a stance and charges his meter. This meter is charged over time by hitting attacks but can be charged manually. Each full charge allows for the use of an EX move.

EX MOVES: To perform an EX Move, press Shield as you are using any of Goku Black's specials (besides Down Special)

EX NEUTRAL SPECIAL: Super Black Kamehameha

Long startup with no armor, firing a far range and high damage beam forward.

EX SIDE SPECIAL: God Slicer Dance

The timing for this move is short, but if used, Goku Black launches a barrage of auto tracking Ki Blades towards his opponent. Anyone these blades come into contact with will have the blades stick to them before detonating.

EX UP SPECIAL: Holy Light Grenade

Goku Black teleports into the air, launching an even larger Ki ball downwards. Anyone caught in this ball of energy will be teleported into Goku Black's grasp, starting a cutscene.

ULTIMATE: The Work of a God

Goku Black spins his Scythe, shooting a small projectile forwards. Anyone hit by this projectile will be caught in his ultimate cutscene. If missed, Goku Black is in a small amount of endlag.
