Akt drugi opowiada historię o wyspie Irtand, którą zamieszkują Władcy Północy. Rządzi tam Wielki Władca, który wybierany jest przez starszyznę. Poznamy losy Gunnara, syna Asbjorna, prawowitego spadkobiercy wyspy. Akt drugi składa się z 6 misji.

EN: The Ballad of the Empire is a collection of stories about the mighty Alaard Empire and the other kingdoms that inhabit these lands. Each act is devoted to a separate story. The second act tells the story of the island of Irtand, which is inhabited by the Lords of the North. It is ruled by a Great Ruler who is elected by the elders. We will learn the fate of Gunnar, the son of Asbjorn, the rightful heir of the island. The second act consists of 6 missions.

Po ostatnim zwycięstwie Gunnar został mianowany Wysokim Władcą Irtandu. Pozostało mu tylko wyeliminować Osvalda, aby zakończyć konflikt na wyspie.

After his last victory, Gunnar was appointed Highlord of Irtand. All he had to do was eliminate Osvald to end the conflict on the island.
