High poly HEV hand

Description
Small mod that makes the H.E.V view hands have more poly (making it smoother) and fixes the leaks.
Also 4096x4096 textures.

That's it.

one issue:
the program that I used to publish this addon (you know the one) keeps telling me it disconnected from steam servers and doing nothing
this means that i can not update the addon
