Description
Adds Rome under Tiberius to the Game! Requires Brave New World

Rome under Tiberius

UA: The Gloomiest of Men - Courthouses hurry unit production in the capital when built. Cities enter a We Love the King Day upon conquering a city for the first time.

UU: Praetorian Prefect - Replaces the Great General. Units adjacent to the Praetorian Prefect receive Experience every turn until they have as much as they would receive from Buildings in the Capital.

UB: Imperial Villa - Replaces the Garden. Requires coast instead of fresh water, and unlocked earlier, at Philosophy. Each Imperial Villa provides 5% Great Person generation to the Capital (max +50%).

They do not. This is an entirely separate Rome to Augustus', as Civ V does not follow the alternate leaders convention of Civ VI.
