Horde Wave Survival Gamemode (QOL Update)

Disclaimer, if you do not want to use Arccw or anything by VJbase, just simply download the workshop addon and not the requirements for it. Also you CANNOT have the ORIGINAL version of horde installed and my version.

This update is coming in 4 parts.

- !addmoney (After you give yourself or someone money, kill a NPC)
- !settokens (Same logic irrc)

- !clearnpcs (useful if you somehow cannot find a npc, so itll spawn a new one)

- Admins can now use sandbox console commands without sandbox mode (This was so stupid)

Includes:

Medical Sigil
Ammo Sigil (This isnt going to work with your custom halo weapons)
Armor Sigil
Evil Sigil

Evil Sigils deal damage to nearby players and slow them down, once you destroy or leave the range of the evil sigil, you will no longer feel the negative effects of the Evil Sigil.

Sigils are primitive, i will add a configuration menu for them, with more ways to customize them soon!

Each of these sigils provides a buff, except the Evil Sigil, by destroying the Evil Sigils you will be rewarded with
a new sigil that will spawn!
The limit is 3 per map, but you can place as many sigil nodes as you like! Here is a list of console
commands to get you started adding sigils to your map! If you can read lua, you can change this to your
to your liking! I plan to add ALOT more sigils to spice up the gameplay!

What are nodes? Nodes are invisible square platforms that sigils spawn on, you can add as many as you want to a map, however, only 3 are set to spawn at a time, if you know lua, you can change that as well. It's really customizable, you can add other entities in there to random spawn at these nodes too, depending on how crazy you want to go with the sigil system. This gamemode is aimed at developers more. You can also configure the spawning chances in lua!

Additional Information:

Don't create a node while you're in noclip lol
Stand at a spot where you want to create a Sigil node and that's it.
No it doesn't matter if you accidently place a sigil node ontop of a zombie spawn entity, there's collision checks for sigils.

Keep in mind, the ammo sigil is made for the Arccw weapons, but also work on any other hl2 used ammo type, if you know how to configurate a lua file, you can goto the sigil entity file and tweak it for your ammo types!
After you destroy a evil sigil, the new sigil spawns a tad bit higher, yeah ill fix that next update
Deleting a sigil node, well its much easier to do it when there's a sigil already present, but try to remember exactly
where you placed the node, so you can delete it. It's super precise on that.
There's a max limit of 3 sigils right now per map, next update, ill add a table you can configure for map exceptions for sigils, say you want 6 on a certain map, ill add that in for developers to change as well!

This is primitive, so any issues, always report asap for quick fixes.


After you place all the nodes, dont forget to save, THEN restart the map, don't use reloadnodes, WIP still

Sigils purpose is to provide more ways for you to balance your games out, and just see how they perform, they are optional to use! They're super easy to set up! And i intend to add more difficulties in the future. Any script errors that get posted in the chat will get fixed immediately!

But i also understand, everyone who plays horde doesnt utilize it for zombies, so that's why i made universal sigils that can fit into any logic including your horde configuration.

YOU MUST UNINSTALL THE OTHER VERSION OF HORDE BEFORE USING MY VERSION!
