More Division Icons [Updated]

Description
This is the updated version of yepiru's "More Division Icons" mod which fixes the overlapping file names that causes some of the mod's icons to be replaced by the new icons made by paradox in the recent updates. All credit goes to him.

@mosch6 (AUT) Unfortunately, I have no plans in making a fix for that for the same reason I discussed in my reply to @Riekopo. With the way the code works with this particular graphic, there really isn't a way to make it fully dual compatible with both versions, at least to my knowledge.

P.S.: I have make a rollback, so currently i use the Old Game Version for the old Saves.

With the Update from this Mod, it works no more with saves from Version 1.15.4.

Have you a possibility to fix this?

Should be updated to the new patch now.
