Clair

The Dragon-type Gym Leader of Blackthorne Town and sister of the previous Johto Champion, Clair joins the fight! She doesn't believe Pokemon trainers should be cowards and hide while their Pokemon do their work, so she'll beat up the opponents herself, with assistance of three Dragon Pokemon.

Kingdra joins her for her FTilt, UTilt, FAir, BAir, UAir, Down Special, and Ultra.
Charizard joins her for her Strong attacks, NAir, DAir, Neutral Special, Side Special, and Up Special.
Dragonair is exclusively her grab.

NEUTRAL SPECIAL: FIRE BLAST
Clair calls Charizard to shoot a Fire Blast projectile. The Fire Blast explodes either after 1.2 seconds pass, or if the Special button is released.

SIDE SPECIAL: THUNDER PUNCH
Clair mounts Charizard and it charges up a powerful electric attack on its fist, then lunges forward while punching. It stuns the opponent briefly on hit, and has a lot of range. The very first hit can kill the opponent at mid-high percentages.

UP SPECIAL: FLY
Charizard grabs Clair and flies up into the air. Pretty self explanatory. It's important to note that this attack cannot hurt the opponent.

DOWN SPECIAL: KINGDRA STANCE
Clair holds Kingdra and takes a defensive stance. While in this stance, her controls change. Her stance can be cancelled with a jump or by shielding.
---FORWARD: Clair dodges forward and exits the stance.
---BACKWARD: Clair dodges backward and exists the stance.
---DOWN: Clair sidesteps and exits the stance.
---ATTACK: Clair will do a single, Aqua Jet attack, lunging diagonally upwards.
---SPECIAL: Kingdra uses Water Gun, a projectile that is affected by gravity and pops the opponent up. After using the move, a pink shine will appear; if you input Attack or Special while this shine appears, Clair will do a follow up Aqua Jet attack, which is a lunging attack with Kingdra. Inputting Attack will result on a 45 degree angle lunge, while pressing Special will result on a forward lunge.
---SHIELD: Exit the stance.

ULTRA: ICE BEAM
Kingdra shoots a thin Ice-type beam that freezes and pierces through any opponent on its path. Can be easily followed up from, but is extremely hard for it to KO an opponent on its own.

Funny taunt.
Throws have slightly higher meter gain.
