This addon allows you to broadcast combine overwatch style loudspeaker sounds to your server, note that these are only sounds (at the moment) and do not come with a mechanism to play them; I reccomend using ulx playsound, or setting up your own thingy to play it to all your servers at once. Sounds:

Alright so this is how you do it
1. Copy one of /adminvoice lines the whole thing pick any one.
2. Go to GMOD and go to console
3. Do Play (the voice you picked and you paste it there.) Hope this helped.
