Working rifle Proof Of Concept

Description
It sometimes is a bit glitchy but it works and uses no DLC weapons to shoot. It also ejects a shell and has one round. However, it uses DLC explosives for the bullets. You do not need the DLC to use it but you can to make the grenade explode.
