Update 1.28.2
- Added BSF Marines to Soviet army (tier 6 infantry)
- Added new experimental sequenced units for Soviet army (BM-37 mortar, Zis-3, T-34-76, T-34-85. This means that the first purchase will get 1 unit like normal, but the next purchase will get 2 units with 1 being free)
- Added slight delay on banzai chargers and conscript squad
- Adjusted some prices and delays/connections for Ostfront and Guards army
- Changed penetration of some AT grenades
- Changed inventory of pak43 and BS-3 to have 1 more shell of each type
- Changed unit max range to be 250 despite any veteran or elite status
- Changed some prices and delays/connections for Soviet army
- Changed ammo loadout of many soviet vehicles
- Changed penetration at 270m to drop to 0 for all guns
- Fixed AP targeting for japan rare APHE shells
- Fixed T-34-76 platoon had no tank commanders
- Fixed towing where certain guns would not un-detach from incompatible vehicles
- Increased SP cost of Fury and Elite T-34-85 by 1
- Increased cost of ostfront Stuh42 from 700 to 800
- Increased cost of ostfront tank crew from 90 to 125
- Increased reload speed of 105-155mm artillery
- increased reload speed of BM-8-24 and BM-8-48 to 250->190 and 350->290 respectively
- Increased accuracy of riflegrenade HEAT rounds
- Increased overall ammo carried by rifle grenadiers
- Increased price of german Sd.kfz250 and 251/10 halftracks (3.7cm pak halftracks)
- Increased SP cost of japan 200mm Type 4 from 6 to 8 SP
- Reduced accuracy of BM-31-12
- Reduced accuracy of Sturmtiger indirect mode
- Reduced price of soviet dual D-1 SP from 14 to 12
- Reduced cost of pak43,44 and BS-3 by 150MP and 1SP
