Update 1.28.4
- Added dynamic range system to decrease penetration to 0 shortly after max range of most anti-tank and tank weapons
- Added sequence unit system for Wehrmacht StuG 3 G, US M4A3 75 and M4A3E8
- Changed accuracy after max range on sturmtiger and AVRE to be very bad
- Changed penetration drop curve to simulate closer range engagements (500m moved from 80 -> 100, 1000m moved from 140 -> 170, 1500m moved from 195 -> 215)
- Fixed panzer 4 timer for wehrmacht
- Reduced price of SS elite squads
- Reduced price of Stugs across german nations
