[Melee] Knife = Butterfly Knife (w/ "Raw" Deploy Sound) - empty

Butterfly Knife replaces Knife, but the deploy sound its raw, aka empty, may merge with other melee weapon's deploy sound.

w/ Animation (shove/push)

w/ Raw Deploy Sound - may merge on to your other melee mods (may stay knife deploy sound). but usually will not conflict.

Long story short, this mod was made due to user experience conflicting reason on a weapon gun mod.

Due to previous mod, I had replaced knife_deploy to axe_break because knife_deploy was not working on my end, even if I swapped to a different computer. So I had replaced to axe_break on that mod. But it seems axe_break was used in some other custom weapon gun deploy sound, so it happen to conflict. So I am creating these new ones for that purpose for different versions.

有动态的蝴蝶刀/蝴蝶小刀
蝴蝶刀替换小刀 【无文件声-拿出声】
蝴蝶刀 切换为 "小刀" (在黑暗中发光) > 但是这个没有加拿出声的文件，这样会融合别的近战武器的拿出声也不一定。

有动态 (推开)
有声音
有原版小刀拿出的声音-有可能会和你自己别的近战武器声音的拿出声融合一体的可能，但大多数都不会有冲突发生。

有螢光 刀部分
有反光 刀柄部分

长话短说，有使用者发现武器枪的拿出声与这个有冲突，所以就又发了好几个版本出来。

由于上一个爆火的作品，我之前原是用 knife_deploy 后改了为 axe_break 因为我这边不知道为什么就 knife_deploy 用不了，还卡bug，换了电脑试了也是这样。所以就更新了为 axe_break而就没事了。几个月后有位使用者说武器枪的拿出声和这小刀有冲突，我就说算了做好人做到底，还不如直接发多几个版本出来给大家用算了。
