This is an update and rebuild of "TiRekS Propane Station Mod"

Originally written by TiRekS and then updated to Build 41 by Aika_Innet.
A huge thank you to you both, whom without this probably never would have
seen the light of day.

This mod adds propane stations at specific gas stations around the world.
These propane stations can be used similar to a gas pump for fuel cans.
Simply bring your empty, or partially full, propane tank to the propane station
and while holding onto your propane tank right click and select the option
to fill propane tank from the context menu.

Note: I am open to adding additional propane stations to areas where it might make
sense. Particularly more Industrial areas.

Tweaks and adjustments from previous versions:
* I am no longer overwriting the propane tank item, so this should play nice moving forward with mods that make tweaks to propane tanks using non-destructive methods.
* I have adjusted the graphic to stop using the horizontal silo graphic, and instead supplied a custom graphic that is more recognizable as a propane refill station. The graphic still needs a little work, but it is good enough for the time being (if there are any tile artists out there who can create a better propane graphic for me, please hit me up!)

Installation:
There are no mod settings at this current time. It should just be an "install and go" situation.

Future Plans and Suggestions:
I inherited this code base, it isn't mine and some of the work here isn't necessarily intuitive for me. I plan on making adjustments to the code base as I have time. That said, I am a full time employed Infrastructure Engineer with a busy work schedule and a very busy work life. So additions and adjustments will come as I can make them. Please be patient.
I will create a thread for suggestions, and will respond to them in that conversation. If I don't get back with you right away it simply means I have been too busy to follow up. Please don't take it as a slight. I plan on responding to everyone as I can. I will not respond to pushy or demanding messages, instead you'll simply get ignored. Please don't leave suggestions in the comments of the mod, they won't be responded to, put some effort into leaving messages in the correct space.
Currently the only potential features I have planned are compatibility with Filibuster's Propane Tank trucks (if even necessary may just work out of the box) as well as the addition of 40lb and 100lb propane tanks. We'll see how it goes.

Bug Reports:
Think you found a bug? Excellent! I actually really enjoy squashing bugs. I will create a thread for bugs and will respond to them in that conversation. Please provide any error messages you are seeing. Please try to test the conditions for the bug in debug mode with only this mod installed to insure it is actually a problem with this mod. If that doesn't seem to reproduce the problem then we most likely have a compatibility issue. If that is the case then we need to take a look at your mod list and load order. Load order can be super important!
Again, if you place a bug report in the comments, they will be ignored or you will be directed to the thread instead. Please put some effort into helping me help you.
