Better Item Radar

Description
Makes the Item Radar perk better by color coding the item indicators to specific types of items. Also allows Kammi to be detected, as it wasn't before.

Color
Item
Pink
ALL hearts and spell refreshers
Yellow
Flasks
Blue
Other items (now including Kammi)

COMPATIBILITY:
Overwrites radar_item.lua and safe_haven.xml
May cause errors if other mods also overwrite these files
