Reflections Reduced

Description
Reduces the reflections for 500+ props and surfaces when playing at high or above shader detail by lowering envmaptint.

No models or textures are replaced.

mat_specular 0 completely disables reflections, this just simply makes them less intense.

I always called overly shiny things "The Unreal Effect" since every Unreal Engine game has unrealistically bright/reflective materials
