Lutsk Valley

A flat valley with little to no hills, unhabited.

Following the peace treatise of the soviet union and the NATO pact, there was a demilitarised zone created, this is the only point of trade with NATO, leading into northern poland.

The map is relatively easy if you don't play on realistic, the map is made for limited custom houses and long distances for transport as the challenge is as pretty flat and made for a challenge in terms of construction and fuel, making it so you have to rely on rivers a lot as they are wide enough for pumping stations and cargo ports, so you can have a nice maritime republic.
