Norman units are brought to Wessex without any change.

There's one big problem: the garrisons are made up of Wessex + Norman troops, which doubles them and makes our towns totally impregnable.

There was an issue where it was not possible to spawn new armies after replacing the General's Guard with upgraded technology. Can you fix this?thanks
