NPC Mutation

Description
Gives NPC individual differences.
NPCs can mutate to have more HPmax, but they get slower movement speed instead.
Therefore, one can pick tougher guards and faster workers.

This works by reading NPC seeds without additional save data, so when you install it, even existing NPCs will be affected. When you uninstall it, the data will be reset.

"When you uninstall it, the data will be reset." But if you reinstall it, they'll have the same mutations, right? Since you're not adding or removing data from the game, just applying runtime effects based on data always present in the game?
