Generator Clutch Controller

Description
Generator Clutch Controller

This microcontroller takes the input of a battery level, and then using a PID outputs a number between 0-1 for the clutch leading to the generator.
The controller will then attempt to keep the battery level at the desired level set in the microcontroller properties
