Halo 3 Shield Recharge for Healing (Overshield Edition)

Replaces healing sound with a custom overshield charge sequence from Halo 3.
I previously redid an addon I made back in 2014 that replaced the healing sound effect with your shields recharging from Halo 3. How that was accomplished was essentially stretching the sound out to match the length of the in-game healing sound and raise the pitch to compensate for the extra time so it doesn't sound like it's playing is slow motion. And while 1,200 people were content with using the broken one before I fixed and updated it just minutes ago, I wasn't, so I made this Overshield Edition.
This one starts with the overshield powerup beep and plays the recharge sequence back a couple of times, making it seem like your doubling your shields rather than just a normal recharge.
