Replaces healing sound with your shields recharging from Halo 3.

That's how long it took me to fix this mod.

Or at least, to get around to it.

Decided to go back and completely redo this mod from scratch since the old one was actually broken despite being used by over 1,200 people.
The shield recharge is still stretched out to match the healing track, but is significantly higher audio quality and the correct pitch.
However I wasn't satisfied with just this version, especially since the actual shield recharge sound is only half as long as the healing sound, so I went to work and made a second "Overshield Edition".
