Central Park

A quant park in the center of residential district, you are tasked with building the land into a successful amusement park. As the park grows, the city will grant you additional land;

Be warned, many of your guests will not be the wealthiest and there will be plenty of them that want to visit your park.

Note; You are permitted to build over the busy avenue, but the central park buildings are historic and may not be destroyed by any means.

Scenario:
• <indent=0.7em>Have at least 3 coasters in your park with an excitement rating of 72.0 or above</indent>
• <indent=0.7em>Have at least 1,000 guests in your park</indent>
• <indent=0.7em>Have at least $150,000.00</indent>
• <indent=0.7em>Have an overall park rating of at least 90%</indent>
• <indent=0.7em>Optional: Have at least 8 thrill rides in your park</indent>
• <indent=0.7em>Optional: Have at least 12 calm rides in your park</indent>
