Tweaked Vanilla Hit Sounds

Description
Vanilla melee hit sounds have a "delay" before the actual impact sound. This mod trims out these delays. The change is subtle but it should make melee feel more responsive.

Also does the same thing with some of the zombie head explode sounds.

Oh damn I didn't even know about this command. Yeah it does work similiarly, but this mod should also work well together with it
