Description
Adds rain currently to the following environments:
- desert
- dlc2_oceans_stormhorizon
- dlc2_oceans_storm

Because I have to add every one by hand and I'm lazy not every environment is currently supported. Just message me, if you want it added for another environment and I'll add that specific one, too
