Dark flat UI

This includes all the changes from my Enhanced Graphics and Lighting mod but with slightly different texture styles to make things flatter and less cluttered, so don't use both mods at the same time.

That bug most likely because you are using better UI or Indomita.

Although, there is a UI bug on the right hand side of the screen. The Outliner covers up the Queued Events & Map Modes in the bottom-right. Screenshot here: https://imgur.com/uWEUJLJ

THANK YOU for this. The dark mode looks so much better than the vanilla white UI elements.
