A spinning fireman carry entry into a Go To Sleep knee to the face, with the opponent popping up and landing flat after the impact.

The Spinning Go To Sleep does a few ticks more damage than the standard Go 2 Sleep and has a minimal ability to open a cut, unlike the default, which cannot.
