Suburbia: Collector's Edition [Scripted] - HOAI's Layout

Description
In this version, the Base Game tiles are already included in the preparation phase, so pressing the button for Base Game tiles is not necessary.

---

A touched-up version of peter.lowe's scripted Suburbia: Collector's Edition ( https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1954163255&searchtext=suburbia ) to have a more sensical and appealing layout.

None of the scripts are mine, the only thing I did was move things around and adjust a few parameters. It's all a very hacky job too, so this is mostly for my personal use. There's a pretty good chance there's stuff that doesn't work and I might keep updating it if me or my group feels like there's stuff that needs improving.

I've also moved all the image data to the Steam Cloud, as I saw most of the images used for the mod were still being sourced elsewhere online. In the event that the original image files go down for the other Suburbia mods (like many mods on this workshop end up having happen to them), I'm hoping this one stays up.

Notable Changes:
- Table switched out for the excellent Flex Table by MrStump.
- Playerboards now use the same model, as some had differing dimensions that were uneven.
- All players were given the same amount of space, roughly.
- Bags rearranged to be more off to the side and out of the way.
- Rulebooks resized and repositioned for better viewing.
- Several smaller pieces rearranged.
- Replaced original mod's super broken coins with fully custom-made plastic coins, and optional metal coins from the Charterstone TTS mod by FidoFetch.
- Image links were all replaced with Steam Cloud ones for future-proofing.

*A spotlight was also added way up above the table. I always like having a spotlight in my setups, but you can fiddle the camera high enough to find and remove the light object.
